The Red Dot Media is a creative branding and digital marketing agency for founders, fashion houses, and operators. We work in chapters, not retainers of busywork.

Each chapter below is a complete capability. You can buy one, layer two, or bring us on as a founding partner. Our floor is six weeks; our ceiling is a decade.

Most brands die in adjectives. We start with audits, audience research, and competitive frame mapping, then ladder to a single defensible position you can hold for a decade.

How do we start an engagement?

Send a brief through the contact page. We reply inside two working days with a fit read, yes, no, or “talk first.” If it’s a yes, we’ll book a 60-minute call, send a scope, and start within four weeks.

What size of brand do you work with?

Founder-led companies between Series Seed and Series C, established houses repositioning for a new decade, and the occasional cultural institution. If you need an agency-of-record relationship with 12 people on the account, we’re not it.

How do you price?

Sprints are fixed-scope, fixed-fee. Retainers are monthly. Founding partnerships are cash plus equity, negotiated. We share line-item budgets, no markup mysteries, no agency tricks.

Do you work in-house or remote?

Remote-first, with studios in Pune. We travel for kickoffs, shoots, and council days. We don’t bill for travel time.

Who actually does the work?

Six core operators direction, design, copy, motion, production, growth plus a roster of trusted photographers, directors, and writers on rolling contracts. The senior team is on every engagement; we don’t farm out to juniors.

Can you work with our in-house team?

Yes. About half our work runs in partnership with an internal brand team. We build systems they can extend, hold workshops, and exit cleanly when the chapter closes.
