Founder-led briefs only. We take on a small number of engagements each quarter so the room stays small and the work stays sharp. Tell us what you’re launching, repositioning, or saving.
Remote-first, but we travel for kickoffs, shoots, and council days. We don’t bill for travel time.
One of the principals reads it the same day or the next. Inside two working days you’ll get a reply, yes, no, or “talk first.” If it’s a yes, we send a 60-minute discovery call link and a scope draft within a week.
A range helps, but it is not required. We size engagements to fit the brief, from focused sprints to multi-phase founding partnerships. If you have no number in mind, say so, we will suggest a shape that fits the work and tell you whether it is realistic.
The fastest we’ve ever started a sprint was three working days from brief to kickoff. The healthiest is four to six weeks. We schedule one full kickoff per fortnight to keep the work concentrated.
Occasionally, for production, photography, or campaign craft. We don’t white-label strategy or identity work; if our name isn’t on it, the standards we hold won’t survive the next round of edits.
The studio is headquartered in Pune, India, and we are remote-first, working with founders and teams across the globe. We travel for kickoffs, shoots, and quarterly council days. Travel time is not billed.
Always. We work under NDA by default; even informal briefs are kept inside the studio. If you want a formal NDA signed before sharing details, send a one-line note instead and we’ll exchange paperwork first.
